The Google Search Appliance is a hardware and software solution that provides universal search capabilities to enterprises for website search and intranet search. The Google Search Appliance can index up to 1 Million documents and can be upgraded to index billions of documents.

Documents include multiple file types and sizes, file shares, third party document and content management systems, and other sources.

Advanced features: Continuous crawler, advanced source biasing, reporting to see what users are searching on, multiple language support.

Google Search Appliance supports file types such as HTML, PDF, MS Office, IBM Office Suites and 220 others.
